BOOK OF MEMORY PROGRAM
Making a lasting memorial tribute

Having a name inscribed in the Community Foundation’s Book of Memory serves as a dignified and enduring memorial tribute to a loved one, colleague, or friend. A gift is made to the Fund For Siouxland and is a gift that keeps on giving . . . with grants made from the endowment’s income to support present and emerging needs in Siouxland.

The Book of Memory with inscribed names is on display in the Wilbur Aalfs Library in Sioux City, Iowa.

Those wishing to honor a loved one or friend may do so by making a minimum gift of $20 per memorial. Donors provide the names of the persons to be inscribed in the Book. Tax-deductible memorial gifts are acknowledged to the donor and to the family of the person being remembered, notifying them of the gift (not the amount).
